Vineyard
Exposure at south and south-west, with altimetry between 300 and 400 m / sea level, with sandy loam soil, consisting mainly of tuffs and pyroclastic debris on dolomitic limestone bed rock.

Maturation
Late harvest with careful selection in the vineyard, delicate de-stemming and cryomaceration for 12 hours , after fermantion with selected yeast at controlled temparature for 15/20 days. After that, it is stored for about 4 months in steel tanks.
Tasting notes
It has a pink color with lilac reflections. To the nose it offers a pleasant range of aromas of undergrowth flowers (violets and primroses) and red fruit (raspberries and strawberries). Velvety on the palate,with a fresh and sweet sensations, persistent and clean aftertaste.
Suggested pairings
Ithis wine is perfect with vegetable dishes, like fried broad beans with bacon or eggplant parmigiana.Its enjoyable to tasty fish dishes, fride fish and anchovy sauce typical of the Amalfi coast
