We dedicate a lot of care to our Rosé, which comes from the white vinification of the Piedirosso and Sciascinoso grapes. The pale pink color, with shimmering shades. Olfactory impact dotted with a fragrant range that highlights fruit from the undergrowth, strawberries, citrus from the Amalfi Coast, violet, primrose and Mediterranean berries. On the palate the wine is enjoyable, elegant, round, soft, intriguing and then embellished by a flicker of acidity that gives infinite freshness. Full and flowing final extension.

Production zone

Municipality of Tramonti with typical Tramonti's Pergola, implanted between 1950 and 1980 in the villages of Capitignano.



Exposure at south and south-west, with altimetry between 300 and 400 m / sea level, with sandy loam soil, consisting mainly of tuffs and pyroclastic debris on dolomitic limestone bed rock.

Late harvest with careful selection in the vineyard, delicate de-stemming and cryomaceration for 12 hours , after fermantion with selected yeast at controlled temparature for 15/20 days. After that, it is stored for about 4 months in steel tanks.

Tasting notes

It has a pink color with lilac reflections. To the nose it offers a pleasant range of aromas of undergrowth flowers (violets and primroses) and red fruit (raspberries and strawberries). Velvety on the palate,with a fresh and sweet sensations, persistent and clean aftertaste.
