From the vineyard to bottling
The care of the vineyards is always the meticulous one taught by our grandparents, in which the harvest is still a ritual. The vine training methods are of a traditional, pergola type. Our viticulture is like in the ancient tradition, whose installations date back to the beginning of the 20th century. In recent years, the spirit of renewal has not been lacking: we have created new generation systems and expanded the range of wines. Today, the Giuseppe Apicella’ Wineries count seven labels and a schnapps.
