GRAPES: 85% Piedirosso grapes, 15% various grapes.

AREA OF PRODUCTION: Tramonti SYSTEM OF CULTIVATION: Atypical radial and/or pergola cultivation system, about 3000 plants per hectare

YIELD PER HECTARE: 90 – 100 q.li/ha

VINTAGE SEASON: Third decade of October.

WINE-MAKING: stalks removing, pressing and maceration for 10 – 12 days.

TEMPERATURE OF FERMENTATION: 25°

REFINING PROCESS: in stainless steel tanks.

GRADE OF ALCOHOL: 11.50 % vol.

ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES: colour ruby red with purple tinges, intense scent of red fruits. It’s taste is sweet and smooth.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14-16° C.

FOOD MATCHES: This wine is suitable for many dishes, matching the typical Amalfi Coast cuisine, appetizers, white meat or fish soup, and pizza.
