NAME: Colle Santa Marina Costa D’Amalfi Tramonti Bianco DOC

GRAPES: 40% Falanghina grapes, 20% Biancolella grapes and 10% Ginestra and Pepella grapes.


SYSTEM OF CULTIVATION: Espalier at guyot.

DENSITY OF THE VINEYARD: 4000 plants per hectare.

YIELD PER HECTARE: 70 – 80 quintals per hectare; 2 kg per plant.

VINTAGE SEASON: Second decade of October.

WINE-MAKING: Stalks removing, pressing and maceration at cold temperature, for 10 to 12 hours in stainless steel. TEMPERATURE OF FERMENTATION: 16°

REFINING PROCESS: storage in stainless steel tanks for few months. A small part in barriques. GRADE OF ALCOHOLIC: 13.50 % vol.

ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES: it’s colour is straw yellow, delicate and pleasant scents of flowers and fruits. Its aftertaste is long-lasting. SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10° C.

FOOD MATCHES: fish, crustaceans, ripe cheese.
